Enhanced workflow functionality

For the support of workflows, think project! version 5.0 delivers an extension of the 'auto fill-out' feature.

Create a serially numbered list in which each number represents a certain drawing that you expect in the course of the project. Decide which meta data (document properties) belong to each drawing. Upload the list to think project!. Now, whenever you upload a drawing all associated information like drawing type, section, level etc. is added automatically. Of course you can use this information as a search criteria or as a filter value within think project! or trigger the next step in your approval process.

To profit from this functionality it is not even necessary to define everything in advance. It is possible to gather all information from documents (e.g. drawings) you have uploaded so far and use it for other processes (e.g. RFI) – only the document ID needs to be matched and all meta information is filled in automatically.
