Expansion of the Audi Hungaria production site

In addition to engines, the Audi TT Coupé and TT Roadster are produced at Györ, Hungary. DYWIDAG Bau GmbH was commissioned to expand production facilities with the construction of a new production hall and an adjacent office block.

Traceable, seamless planning

Transparent and traceable mapping of the planning process was particularly important for DYWIDAG, so think project! has been used for plan management throughout the project.

think project! is also used for controlling schedules, enabling deadlines for the return of plans to be stored at the start of the project while automatically calculating the target dates.

This linking of plans with key target dates enables a number of useful reports to be created, including a preview of planned deliveries, lists of missing points relating to the existing plans, lists of delays and comparisons between target and actual dates.
