Campeon (warranty) - Munich/Germany

Claim management during the warranty phase at the new Infineon company headquarters

Following construction and relocation stages, claim management during the warranty phase is now also managed with think project! for Infineon’s Campeon headquarters.

Claim management between building client and general contractor

The think project! Claim Management Module was tailored to meet Infineon's specific requirements. Together with the project managers, we jointly defined what information needs to be recorded in the case of a defect, and the process steps a defect notification should follow.

Information on a defect is entered via user-friendly screens, with the entire workflow documented within the think project! platform.

The current status of a defect can be accessed at any time, and the precise defect history is documented transparently and in non-modifiable form. Deadlines can be easily monitored, and the exact time at which the defect was accepted is date-stamped within the system.

Claim management between general contractor and subcontractors

Most defects are rectified by the subcontractor that provided the service at issue, rather than the general contractor, so information on defects must be forwarded to the responsible party. To address this section of the workflow, we were commissioned by ARGE Campeon Ausführung, which had already used think project! for documentation during the construction phase, to create a solution that simplifies claim communication.

Although the defect passes through different stages and status types, at the request of the general contractor, subcontractors are not directly connected to the system. However, the various stages are carefully documented in think project! and, once the defect has been rectified, ARGE Campeon Ausführung records this and informs the building client of current status.
