Kabelwerk in Vienna – a model for success in urban planning

The design of the former Vienna factory site was created through an extensive planning process. In addition to residential areas, the site includes shops, restaurants, offices, cultural institutions, green spaces and areas for relaxation. Residents were involved in the project from the very start and have been able to contribute their ideas and preferences.

think project! was used in ten building sections. The online collaboration platform was used by the building client, architects and contractors – all of whom were won over by the system’s flexibility.

think project! was configured according to existing plan codes and the project partners’ working methods. The platform is used to coordinate plans, order copies, generate reports, and manage technical documents and meeting minutes. This ensures seamless documentation of all project data – resulting in a significant time saving. Coordination tasks are facilitated, and communication between those involved in the project can focus on the real project issues.
