Plan management and tenant coordination in shopping centre construction

‘Köln Arcaden’, a shopping centre housing 130 stores over three levels, is an important part of the development concept for the extended city centre area east of the Rhine. Tenants include national stores, as well as a number of smaller and mid-sized specialist outlets – plus several cafés and restaurants.

The project was developed by mfi Management für Immobilien AG, which is responsible for all tasks relating to planning, execution and rental as well as long-term centre management.

Overview of plans and tenant requests

think project! supports mfi in both plan management and  comprehensive tenant coordination. During the project, 11,000 messages, 5,600 plans, 1,200 tenant plans, 4,000 tenant documents and 900 decision papers were effectively organised and documented.
