Designed by Sergey Kiselyov & Partners, the multifunctional complex comprises two towers with 41 and 47 floors, and two lower buildings. The exclusive Mirax Plaza will house offices and retail space for national and international companies, as well as restaurants and cafés, bringing flair to the district.
think project! provides a central archive and seamless documentation
As during the construction of Federation Tower, the Mirax Group depends on its online project collaboration and document control system for support. In addition to extensive plan management tasks, think project! is used as a central archive and consistent project documentation. Customised rules for accessing sensitive data were also established within the system.
The project platform, including all individual processes, is set up bilingually. Each project member can choose to receive information that is relevant to them in Russian or English. For example, those responsible are automatically informed about newly-created design documents daily, in their chosen language, The software is also used as a controlling instrument that enables meeting minutes and requests for information to be coordinated and documented. One of the main users of the system is US company, Turner International LLC, in its role as construction management consultant.
