Construction firm Max Bögl Bauunternehmung GmbH & Co. KG was commissioned with the turnkey construction of the building complex. The design contains two building sections: A nine-storey main building connected by a tunnel and two-storey bridge to a three-storey block.

Because of the extensive measures supporting planning in the area of architecture and structural design, as well as the coordination of all building services trades, Max Bögl decided to use an online project collaboration platform.

Both the client and its external project controller agn, Max Bögl as the general contractor, and all other parties involved in planning are connected and have access to the planning documents stored in think project!.

Plan management tailored to special requirements

All the required working drawings for the façade area are distributed and archived via the project platform. The current plan status is immediately clear to all project participants thanks to the colour coding. Additionally, planned delivery lists are generated, exported in Excel format each week and can be presented to the client as the basis for meetings.
