Consulting team and hotline support

With think project!, you’ll never end up in an anonymous call centre. Prior to implementation, you’ll receive access to your own personal contact, backed by a consulting team that will support you from the first step right through to successful project completion. Your assigned team will be familiar with your project-specific configuration so they can provide informed answers to your queries. If you have questions on the basic functionality of think project! you can also contact our hotline staff.

 

Support via Netviewer

We can provide you with support via a shared online session, enabling us to see where you are in our system. It’s simple: call your consulting team or our hotline to obtain a consultant number. Then click on ‘NETVIEWER’ in the navigation bar at the bottom of our website to launch the application while we take you through all the subsequent steps over the phone..


Platform support for enterprise/in-house solutions

Of course, we don’t just provide you with application support, we also offer support for customer-hosted enterprise solutions – for example, importing and monitoring security packages, or executing software updates.
