
Focused training sessions are an essential component of our offering, enabling those involved in the project to get to know think project! quickly and start working efficiently, sooner. Training is particularly important at the start of the project, but can be repeated at any time if there are enhancements or new project members. Plus, all project participants that have undergone think project! training are entitled to free hotline support.
Our training sessions are tailored to the specific requirements of our customers. Content ranges from think project! basic functions and working with the standard processes, through to handling complex, project-specific workflows.
Topics are based on the needs of the specific trainees and their roles and tasks within the project. For example, project administrators learn how to create participants, while architects and designers learn how to name plans correctly and distribute them using the system. This highly individual program enables training times to be minimised – to between two hours and a day, depending on the participant group.
Our trainers have many years of experience, understand project partners’ roles and tasks, and have the expertise to prepare training content based on learning requirements.
Our training courses can be held in training centres or at your worksite anywhere in the world. Travel expenses are contractually specified in advance and billed transparently.
In addition to classroom sessions, we offer online training as an economical alternative when only a single person requires training or the content relates to a minor update.
