The existing Bayer Headquarters in Al. Jerolimskie, Warsaw, is being expanded by nearly 2,000 square metres of additional floor space.
This means space for new, modern offices and conference rooms, as well as recreation rooms for employees and an underground parking for 75 vehicles.
With its 40-million PLN project, Bayer is not only expanding the capacity of the Polish location, but it is also creating 150 new jobs.
Project platform optimises design and document management
Bayer decided to use online project collaboration platform think project! to process design and document management in a more efficient and structured manner. In addition to designs and correspondence, Bayer also uses the platform to manage project documents. The project also uses a webcam and integrates it within think project! in order to document construction progress.
To enhance networking of internal project partners with the many external project partners on a single platform, as well as the multi-language product interface are the main factors behind Bayer’s decision to use think project!.
