Munich, September 30th, 2025  – Thinkproject, global leader in construction intelligence and built asset lifecycle management, today announced  Thinkproject AI, its AI strategy and a wave of AI-powered innovations integrated into the Thinkproject Built Asset Lifecycle Platform.

In 2024, Thinkproject launched the world’s first Built Asset Lifecycle Platform, uniting stakeholders and data across planning, construction, handover, and operations. With Thinkproject AI, the company takes the next step forward by embedding intelligence and automation directly into the platform – advancing productivity, reducing errors, and enabling smarter insights across the asset lifecycle.

Thinkproject AI introduces three levels of integrated AI capabilities:

  1. Platform-wide services: enterprise AI search and Q&A, predictive insights, multilingual capabilities, and lifecycle governance.

For large enterprises, Thinkproject also introduces Thinkproject IQ, an AI innovation service that helps customers identify high-value AI use cases and co-create custom agents on the Thinkproject agentic layer.

The first Thinkproject AI offerings will become available starting at the end of Q4 2025, with broader general availability in H1 2026.
