Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

In the course of providing the services to customer, Thinkproject may process personal data on behalf of our customers. For this reason, this DPA is incorporated to the respective service agreement by reference in the Thinkproject Terms & Conditions to reflect the Parties’ agreement with regard to the processing of personal data, and the Parties agree to comply with the following provisions with respect to any personal data, each acting reasonably and in good faith. Please read the DPA carefully because it is a binding agreement between You and Thinkproject.

 

The language version applies in which the respective Thinkproject quote is written. If no document is available in the language of the quote, the English version applies.
