Thinkproject AI Principles

As we continue to embed AI into our solutions, we are committed to doing so with clear governance, accountability and a focus on customer value, trusted AI-assisted workflows and innovation in complex, regulated environments. We recognise that effective AI depends on connected, governed and trustworthy data. These principles set the standard for how we design, develop and deploy AI capabilities across our products ensuring they are trusted, secure and aligned with the needs of our customers. They guide our decisions and help us manage risks responsibly.

Security
at the
forefront.

At Thinkproject, security comes first. We design, build, and operate AI capabilities with strong security controls so customer data stays protected, safe and services remain resilient.

Data protection
as a priority.

Data protection is built in. We take a careful, risk-based approach that aligns with legal requirements across the markets we serve, helping customers meet their own obligations while keeping personal data handled responsibly and under clear control.

Governed, permission-aware experiences.

Access and governance are respected. Thinkproject AI features follow the same permission model and governed workflows our customers rely on, including traceability and auditability across decisions, workflows approvals, so people only see information they are authorised to access.

Visibility and oversight.

Know what we run and where it is used. We maintain a clear view of the AI capabilities we provide and deploy, how they are used in the Thinkproject Platform, and where they may introduce risk. This helps us apply the right safeguards for different use cases and environments.

Human expertise stays in control.

People stay in control. Our AI is intended to support professionals, augment expertise, reduce repetitive work and help teams operate more efficiently, while key decisions, accountability and approvals remain with the user and their organisation.

Transparency
you can act on.

We are transparent about how AI is used. We aim to explain what each capability does, what information it uses, and what its limitations are, so customers can make informed choices, validate outcomes appropriately and act with confidence.

Reliability through testing and continuous improvement.

Reliability matters. We test AI capabilities before release and monitor them over time to maintain dependable performance as customer environments, project conditions, and AI technologies continue to evolve.

Built for
regulated
environments.

We build for regulated delivery. AI features are designed to support traceability and audit expectations, reflecting the kinds of projects and governance requirements customers manage across different regulatory and operational environments.

Fairness,
Non-Discrimination
and Bias Control.

Thinkproject AI is designed to be used in a way that is fair and transparent, and we do not support unlawful discrimination. Where an AI capability could reasonably create unfair outcomes, we assess and test it before release and continue to monitor it in operation. We use appropriate data governance, evaluation, and human oversight to identify, reduce, and address bias and other impacts that may affect people or groups.
