The three solutions help asset owners and operators maintain continuity between information created during project delivery and the systems, processes and teams responsible for an asset once it enters operation.

Valuable project information can become disconnected at handover. Operations teams may need to reconstruct asset registers, maintenance teams work with incomplete project history, and different enterprise systems maintain separate records of the same physical asset.

Thinkproject’s asset operations capabilities are designed to address this gap:

• ASSET MANAGER turns validated Handover information into a maintained digital asset register, allowing asset owners and operators to continue working with the information established during project delivery rather than rebuilding it from scratch.
• WORK MANAGER connects asset information and condition with planned and reactive maintenance. Inspections, jobs and completed work remain linked to the asset record, helping teams build a traceable maintenance history over time.
• ASSET HUB provides the enterprise linking layer. Through a persistent Golden Asset ID, it establishes a consistent identity for an asset across lifecycle phases and different systems. Rather than replacing existing ERP, CAFM or other enterprise applications, ASSET HUB is designed to connect asset information across them.
• VDC COLLABORATION displays assets in a 3D & model context.
