Through these partnerships, Thinkproject will extend its cloud offering to include infrastructure aligned with France’s highest standards for trusted cloud security and digital sovereignty, while continuing to provide the scalability, resilience and performance expected of modern cloud platforms.

SecNumCloud, administered by ANSSI (the French Cybersecurity Agency), defines the national standard for trusted cloud security and sovereignty. The qualification applies to specific cloud service offers operated by cloud providers and is increasingly referenced in public and strategic-sector procurement frameworks. While rooted in French regulation, SecNumCloud environments can also support European organisations requiring sensitive project and asset data to remain within a trusted and sovereign European cloud framework.

Thinkproject partners with Bleu and S3NS to expand its deployment capabilities for regulated projects in France through cloud environments designed to meet enhanced requirements for security, governance, and data hosting control.

Bleu is currently progressing through its SecNumCloud qualification journey, with qualification expected by the end of 2026.

S3NS, a Thales subsidiary powered by Google Cloud technology, already offers a SecNumCloud 3.2-qualified cloud services platform, qualified since December 2025 and now supporting more than one hundred customers.
