High standards for sustainable business practices

think for today. think for tomorrow.

As a global software company, our technology sector is not without its fair share of emissions contributing to the decline of our planet. As a business, and as part of the industry, we acknowledge our responsibility to help mitigate the effects of climate change.

Our climate commitment

We are wholly committed to reducing our carbon footprint through our sustainability strategy. We uphold ourselves to the highest standards from governing bodies and climate experts and have a responsibility towards our people, our communities and the wider world.

Since 2021, our emissions are measured with the guidelines of the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard. This protocol categorises greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions into Scope 1, 2 and 3.

Our targets

We are committed to reducing near-term company-wide emissions in-line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

Reducing scopes

Scope 1 & 2

From a 2021 base year, we commit to reducing absolute scope 1 & 2 emissions 42% by 2030. These target ambitions are in line with a 1.5°C global temperature trajectory.

Scope 3

In 2022, the main contributors to our carbon footprint were purchased goods and services. Therefore, we also commit to reducing absolute scope 3 emissions from purchased goods and services 25% by 2030.
